My first story Barb meets the Great Beaver has text by myself illustrated with artwork commissioned by me from: ”AmylBone” aka “Gallows Girl Amy” . My story was written for Cruxforums and features two of the Deviants to be found there. I had considered setting the tale in Scotland to feature another young lady to be found on both sites "Eulalia" but decided that Canada had more potential. Beaver legends are not common in Britain although there were wild beavers in all parts of the UK until they were hunted to extinction in the 16th C. Recently reintroduced into Scotland, Devon and Kent.
